Council of Governors

The Council represents the interests of the Trust's members and the partner organisations with whom we work locally.

The Council is responsible for holding the Non-Executive Directors to account for the Trust's Board of Directors' stewardship of the organisation.

Council of Governors Meetings

Members of the public are invited to join our Council of Governor meetings.

Meetings start at 5pm and take place via Microsoft Teams - email sharon.scott27@nhs.net to request a link to join the meeting.

In order to manage time effectively, no provision is given for members of the public to ask questions during the meeting.

Members of the public attend the meeting as observers, and should submit questions in advance of the meeting to gwh.foundation.trust@nhs.net.
