Chris has been a Biomed Engineer at the Trust since 2013. Working for Trust Equipment exposes you to many parts of the organisation and gives you the opportunity to see how things are working from deep inside. 

In the past he has been a Swindon Borough Councillor as well as working with a couple of conservation charities in the town.

Chris has a good understanding of the challenges facing the Trust, and would like to ensure all staff have an opportunity to contribute to a better future for us all.

Caroline is a highly motivated and Senior Pharmacy Technician with over 15 years of management experience in healthcare, currently supporting patient care through medicines optimisation and homecare services. Her diverse background in retail pharmacy and healthcare has given her a good understanding of the challenges in delivering high-quality patient care.

Caroline has significant experience in pharmacy procurement and distribution, ensuring that essential medicines are available to patients. Additionally, Caroline is proud to serve as an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) champion within the Trust, promoting inclusivity and ensuring that all voices are heard.

I joined the Trust in 2022, fresh out of college, as a Health Care Assistant, and then took part in the apprenticeship Student Nursing Associate program. 

I am a driven, community orientated individual, with experience as a youth group volunteer and representative. Through my work experience and personal hobbies, I've learnt the importance of speaking up and collaborating with others.
