An update to the Laboratory Information Management System used across the region has led to temporary delays in some test results being shared with GP practices.
This means that blood samples taken at GP practices may have taken a little longer than usual to be processed.
The Laboratory Information Management System, which manages pathology test requests from hospital staff and GPs, is now working as normal and any outstanding results are being shared as quickly as possible.
