We challenge discrimination and actively champion equal opportunities, ensuring that we listen to all staff and patients and actions are made at a senior level.

Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and Health Inequalities (HI) Strategic Plan sets out how we will create a sense of belonging for all, a place where everyone - regardless of background, identity or differences - feels valued, respected and supported.

In addition, we have a dedicated Head of EDI and HI and network leads who are helping to drive forward change.

These commitments show how we are challenging discrimination and championing opportunity, listening to staff and patients, and discussing what they tell us at a senior level.

We're proud to be accredited as a Veteran Aware organisation and have signed The Armed Forces Covenant.
