This service provides support, advice and a structured programme of care for our patients and their families following:

• A heart attack
• Coronary angioplasty
• Coronary artery bypass surgery
• Cardiac valve surgery

We enable the patient to achieve and maintain optimal physical and psychological health, to improve their quality of life and reduce the risk of a heart attack.
