Early Pregnancy Unit (EPU) / Emergency Gynaecology Unit (EGU)

The unit supports women who are having complications in early pregnancy and/or arrive at hospital with emergency gynaecological problems.

Patients are treated according to medical need, not in the order in which they arrive.

The unit does not accept self-referrals, but you may be asked to attend the unit after seeing a healthcare practitioner.
