Labour and birth

There are different options for where and how to give birth, your midwife will talk to you about the options available to you based on your individual needs and wishes. 

Your midwife can also help you to create a plan of what you would like to happen during your labour and after birth.

You can change your mind about your wishes for labour and birth at any time.

Labour and birth does not always goes the way you planned but you will be kept informed, involved and supported throughout.

If at any point in your care you have a question or concern, please speak to your midwife or a member of staff.
