Exercises to do at home

This video contains early exercises and advice that can be done post-operatively for a routine anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.

However, due to your individual operation, you may have some post-operative restrictions of your range of movement and weight-bearing status.

Please check any restrictions with your physiotherapist before performing these exercises.

If you have any concerns or difficulties, please stop and contact your physiotherapist.
