Neurological Service

We provide specialised rehabilitation for adults with neurological conditions and for people with dizziness (vestibular) problems.

As part of your treatment, you will be asked to follow an exercise and self-management programme at home.

We will work with you to achieve your maximum level of function, independence and quality of life.

This may include managing associated problems that are related to living with longer-term neurological conditions.
